New capital markets deal by Coldwell Banker Commercial

Coldwell Banker Commercial acted as exclusive advisor in the sale of an office building in Prato, via Valentini 7, semi-central, business and commercial area already home to credit institutions, public and private companies. The asset optimally connected and almost fully-let, consists in a main building, for office and retail use, with a covered plaza, and a secondary building use as garage, for a total gross area of approx. 15,000 sqm. San Nicola – a real estate company of GB Holding Group – purchased the Prato City from a local private entrepreneur who will continued the refurbishment and the letting of the last spaces. “It’s a pleasure for us to announce this deal that recalls that the real estate sector is not only Milan and Rome”, says Giuseppe Rojo, CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial, “Italy is rich in opportunities and we at CBC have long believe, more than others, in the alternative locations to the two big cities.”
