CB Commercial advisors in the sale of an office building in Rome

Coldwell Banker Commercial acted as advisor on behalf of the Court of Rome, in the auction sale of the sky-ground property at 15/17 Viale Liegi in Rome, one of the lots forming part of the procedure of multiple real estate units for use residential, office and commercial as well as plots of land owned by Benucci Holding S.r.l. whose next auctions will be held on Nov. 8 and 9.

The office building, which is fully let and has a total area of about 1,000 square meters plus outdoor areas and parking spaces, was awarded at a value of 7.2 million euros.
