The second unit, located in Piazza Barberini 13, in front of the famous Tritone Fountain and a stone's throw from Via Veneto, is part of a completely and finely renovated building for mixed residential and office use. Arranged on 2 levels (ground and first) with a total area of approximately 110 square meters, it should be opened by the end of the year.
In both cases, CBC was also advisor to the landlord.
