Barberini+ Shop: marketing concluded. CBC advisor on behalf of Generali Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Commercial, as advisor to Generali Real Estate, has concluded the commercialisation of the Barberini PLUS space with the lease of an important retail unit on Rome's central Via Vittorio Veneto to the historic Pasticceria Cavalletti, world-renowned for its millefoglie, which will open a new shop in the capital from next year. The elegant, historic Barberini PLUS complex in the heart of Rome, completely and finely renovated, houses retail, business, and residential spaces that have been redesigned to meet the new and more modern needs of tenants in terms of flexibility, occupant well-being, sustainability, and energy saving, while preserving its historic and prestigious character. The leased portion covers a total area of approximately 220 square meters distributed between the ground floor and the mezzanine, with four windows facing Via Vittorio Veneto.
