BNL Group BNP Paribas acquires a retail unit in Rome’s historical city center

BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas, advised by Coldwell Banker Commercial, closed the deal to purchase a retail unit in the historical center of Rome in Via del Tritone, corner of Via Poli, a few steps from Via del Corso, Giardini del Quirinale, nearby Piazza Colonna and Piazza Montecitorio. The retail, of about 810 sqm, developed on 2 floors above ground plus the basement level, is in a prestigious context characterized by the presence of offices, luxury hotels, and high-street shops. The outstanding visibility, guaranteed by its strategic position and great shop windows on both sides, has significantly affected the choice of the buyer . "After the last two years signed by the pandemic, the retail sector proves to be still lively; despite the boom of the e-commerce system, the request for physical spaces is always active and in Rome, there is a short supply of quality spaces in great locations."
