Sold Santo Versace’s Villa del Platano in Milan, Advisor Coldwell Banker Commercial

Villa del Platano, a prestigious residence owned by Santo Versace, has been sold at a record value, for the residential market, of 33.3 Mln/ € thanks to the Advisory of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Purchased by an important private equity London fund, it will be the subject of further development with a unique project for Italy. The villa, built between 1953 and 1954 to a design by the architects Carlo de Carli and Antonio Carminati, is located in via dei Giardini, one of the most beautiful and prestigious streets of Milan, a few steps from the Fashion District, has a commercial area of about 1,500 square meters, with panoramic terrace and private garden.
