Coldwell Banker Commercial has received an exclusive assignment aimed at identifying investors. The real estate initiative is located in Terni, precisely at the exit of the SS675 highway which leads to the city center. The newly built real estate complex was completed at the end of 2022. Electrical and thermal energy is provided by a trigeneration system, increasing the share of renewable energy. Thanks to the implementation of this system and the advanced technology used, the complex enjoys an A4 energy class, falling within the classification of almost zero energy buildings (nZeb buildings).
