Doria Living, asset built in the second half of the 19th century, is primarily for residential use and has a commercial space (under a separate owner) on the ground floor.

With two entrances, one at Via Andrea Doria 10 and the other at Via Bersaglieri d’Italia 37, it spans across six aboveground floors and one basement, totaling approximately 2,000 sqm.
