The procedure for the sale of staircase C owned by Fingruppo Holding S.p.A. in liquidation, which was awarded to a primary investor for an amount of EUR 13.1 million, was concluded.
The real estate portion is part of the Navigatori Business Center, a prestigious complex close to Via Cristoforo Colombo, immediately recognizable by its contemporary architectural form and large windows: intended for office use, it has eight above-ground floors for a total surface area of approximately 5,800 square meters, plus two underground levels intended for parking spaces of approximately 2,400 square meters.
