Coldwell Banker Commercial acted as advisor to Studio Speri in the letting of the new offices in Piazza della Repubblica in Rome. Coldwell Banker Commercial assisted Studio Speri, an engineering and architecture company that has been working in the field of integrated design for over forty years, in the search and leasing of a new office in Rome, identified in Piazza Esedra inside the marvelous and imposing palace with its semicircular colonnade, a late 19th-century work by the great Turinese architect Gaetano Kock and now owned by the Feltrinelli family. The same square houses the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri carved out of a wing of the Roman Baths of Diocletian and designed by Michelangelo Buonarroti, as well as the Fountain of the Naiads, which stands in the center and is the display of Acqua Pia Antica Marcia. The offices, with an area of about 1,350 square meters, are located on the fourth floor of the building located on the right side of the square, which features prominent architectural elements, such as stucco, frescoed and coffered ceilings, completely renovated and highly representative. Studio Speri, led by Engineer Giorgio Lupoi, with offices also in Milan, Genoa, and Palermo, was looking for additional space to expand its Rome office into a central and representative location. The property in Piazza della Repubblica, of high standards, benefits from the presence of many services and is well connected with public transportation, thus giving Studio Speri a high-standing strategically located office.
