CBC's hospitality team finalized the sale of Hotel Annamaria, located in Dimaro Folgarida, a winter and summer resort in Val di Sole, Trentino-Alto Adige, not far from Madonna di Campiglio. Currently in the 3-star category, it comprises six above-ground floors and a basement level, with a total area of 8,300 square meters. It has 103 rooms of different types for a total of 200 beds, as well as a bar, restaurant, indoor pool, meeting room, and a multi-story garage on the ground and basement levels. The hotel found its final buyer in Pendragon Fund, a Luxembourg-law fund active since 2011 in the selection, purchase, and development of real estate and focused on the hospitality segment, which was looking for accommodation opportunities in the mountains, in regions such as Trentino-Alto Adige.
