CBC exclusive advisor on the sale of the new Campus RUFA in Rome

CB Commercial, has been selected by the property as the exclusive advisor for the sale of the new Rome University of Fine Arts campus on Via di Libetta, in the Ostiense district, next to the new Rectorate of Roma Tre and not far from NABA.

The Rome University of Fine Arts in Via Libetta is the new urban transformation and regeneration project signed by architect Alessandro Ridolfi born on the area of about 4,000 square meters that housed the Falegnameria Triestina, which considered the industrial character dating back to the first use of the warehouses, aiming to enhance the historic buildings and preserve the identity characters of the complex.

The Campus, already partially operational will be completed by the end of the year and will house 4 buildings gathered around the large courtyard environments for teaching, laboratories, and spaces dedicated to events aimed at the territory. RUFA is the first Roman hub to be equipped with energy-efficient facilities that, together with the photovoltaic system, support most of the facility's energy needs.
