CBC advisor in the sale of a hotel building in Rome

Last week, Coldwell Banker Commercial finalized, by notarial deed, the sale of the hotel building on Viale Giustiniano Imperatore, in Rome's Ostiense district. The asset was part of Preventive Concordat No. 48/2012 Acqua Marcia Immobiliare S.r.l., for which the Judicial Liquidator, Prof. Carlo Ravazzin, conducted the public sale procedure in synergy with the advisor CBC. In a 4-star category with 181 rooms plus a restaurant, conference center and, ample parking, covering an area of approximately 22,000 square meters on nine above-ground floors, a mezzanine and, a basement level, plus 6,000 square meters of outdoor area, it has been taken over by a leading investor who will develop it for hospitality use.
