CBC Advisor for the purchase of the Cinema Fiamma in Rome

Coldwell Banker Commercial acted as exclusive Advisor to Fondazione Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in the purchase of the Cinema Fiamma in Rome from Fininvest Re. A historic location in the capital, one of Rome's most famous, elegant and beloved cinemas, Cinema Fiamma has hosted major events over the years, including the premiere of La Dolce Vita, as well as being the first multiplex in the capital. The cinema in the historic center of Rome, between Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini, which has been closed for a few years, will become the auditorium of the Experimental Centre of Cinematography following restoration work, a multifunctional film center with two theatres, a study room and, a cafeteria, scheduled to open at the end of 2023.
