CB Commercial exclusive advisor in the sale of an asset in Rome citycenter

Coldwell Banker Commercial acted as exclusive advisor in the sale of the building in Lungotevere Raffaello Sanzio 15, opposite the island Tiberina and close to the Trastevere district in Rome, an area well served by public transport. The property, dating back to the early 1900s and characterized by the decorative richness of friezes and stucco, spreads over 5 floors above ground as well as a rooftop and a basement level for garage use, for a total gross area of about 5,700 sqm. The property was purchased by Castello SGR on behalf of a reserved investment fund subscribed by qualified investors. The transaction, which involves the redevelopment and transformation to hospitality use of the property, will have a total final value of approx. 35 Mln/€.
