As we approach IHIF Berlin this March, Coldwell Banker Commercial Italy is pleased to share an overview of our Hospitality platform and recent activity across the Italian market.

Our dedicated Hospitality team provides advisory services to property owners, institutional investors, private equity, family offices and international operators. With a multidisciplinary structure combining investment advisory, operator selection, redevelopment strategy, debt origination and valuation expertise, we support clients across the entire lifecycle of hospitality assets, from initial underwriting and feasibility through negotiation and closing.

Over the years, we have advised on more than €1 billion in hotel transactions, representing over 7,200 keys across 30+ Italian cities and select international locations. Our experience spans urban business hotels, luxury assets, resorts, branded residences, student housing and mixed-use hospitality projects, working alongside leading global brands and local operators.

In addition to transactional mandates, our Valuation & Advisory division has delivered a significant number of engagements in 2024 and 2025, providing market studies, feasibility analyses, repositioning strategies and financial projections for complex hospitality projects throughout Italy.

With more than €2.5 billion of hospitality transaction volume recorded in 2025, Italy continues to offer compelling investment fundamentals, supported by resilient tourism demand, disciplined supply growth and increasing investor appetite for value-add and repositioning opportunities.

• Croatia – Kvarner Riviera – A 4-star historic seaside hotel (approx. 150 rooms) with panoramic sea views and approved additional volumetry for a branded residential component.
