Coldwell Banker Commercial, in connection with Approved Preventive Agreement No. 52/2012—Sapam Immobiliare s.r.l. in liquidation—Court-Appointed Liquidator Dr. Leonardo Quagliata, has been appointed as the exclusive advisor for the sale of the following real estate property:

Real Estate Overview “Tre Fontane, ” consisting of a single lot located in the City of Rome, in the EUR–Tre Fontane area (Municipality VIII), between Via Laurentina and Via Cristoforo Colombo, with a total cadastral area of approximately 14 hectares, registered in the Land Registry of the City of Rome on sheet 851, parcels 265 (arable land, 140,325 square meters), 192 (arable land, 800 square meters), in addition to parcels 266, 267, and 268 (category F/6), which are leased to the nursery.

The opening of the bids and any subsequent bidding process will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the office of Notary Dr. Silvia Teodora Masucci in Rome, Via Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina No. 19. Bids submitted by mail, email, or certified email will not be accepted.

Deadline for submitting bids: Monday, October 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the same notary’s office.
