On 19th and 20th October, the Hotel Villa Pamphili in Rome will host over 850 investors, developers, hotel operators, and real estate professionals from all over the world who will gather to build new perspectives and interpret in advance the great challenges of the coming years, guided by the theme"Turning assets into value".
The CB Commercial team will present, at stand #11 and in the CBC break room, the different investment opportunities - such as existing accommodation and conversions - and the wide range of services dedicated to owners, managers, and investors in the hospitality industry.
CEO Giuseppe Rojo will host the panel "Hotel transactions: is 2024 a promising year?" chaired by Massimiliano Sarti on 19th October, while Leonardo Stassi, the new Head of Hospitality, will moderate the panels on 20th October:
