With a multidisciplinary structure combining investment advisory, operator selection, redevelopment strategy, debt origination and valuation expertise, we support clients across the entire lifecycle of hospitality assets, from initial underwriting and feasibility through negotiation and closing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the years, we have advised on more than <strong>\u20ac1 billion in hotel transactions<\/strong>, representing over 7,200 keys across 30+ Italian cities and select international locations.
