MEININGER Hotels chooses once again Coldwell Banker Commercial to continue its growth in Italy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leveraging the potential of budget hotels and the strategic importance of the Italian market, MEININGER Hotels is focusing once again its growth on Italy, planning new openings. The search is targeted on existing hotels or buildings to be converted accordingly, to be managed under lease agreements, with a minimum surface area of 3.500 sqm, in the major Italian cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MEININGER Hotels , founded in 1999, has 36 operating hotels, over 20,000 beds in 26 European cities and multiple upcoming openings including Barcelona, Edinburgh, Strasbourg and Tel Aviv.  The European hotel chain has become a key player for investors in income-generating hospitality assets. MEININGER properties are owned by leading investors such as AXA, BNP, Covivio, Deka Immobilien and Patrizia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MEININGER\u2019s expansion in Italy began with Coldwell Banker Commercial between 2017 and 2018, with the first openings of Milano Garibaldi, Milano Lambrate and Roma Termini, followed by the Venice Mestre property, bringing the group\u2019s Italian portfolio to four locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The hotel chain embraces the concept of affordable comfort<\/em>, combining the best features of a hotel and a hostel, catering to a diverse range of guests, including groups, backpackers, business travelers and families. The key strengths of its hotel model lie in its ability to welcome a broad target audience, its attractive design and its excellent price-quality ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
