The asset optimally connected and almost fully-let, consists in a main building, for office<\/strong> and retail<\/strong> use, with a covered plaza, and a secondary building use as garage<\/strong>, for a total gross area of approx. 15,000 sqm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
