Coldwell Banker Commercial acted as exclusive advisor in the sale<\/strong> of the building in Lungotevere Raffaello Sanzio 15, opposite the island Tiberina and close to the Trastevere district in Rome<\/strong>, an area well served by public transport.<\/p>\n

The property, dating back to the early 1900s and characterized by the decorative richness of friezes and stucco, spreads over 5 floors above ground as well as a rooftop and a basement level for garage use, for a total gross area of about 5,700<\/strong> sqm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The property was purchased by Castello SGR<\/strong> on behalf of a reserved investment fund subscribed by qualified investors.<\/p>\n

The transaction, which involves the redevelopment and transformation to hospitality use of the property, will have a total final value of approx. 35 Mln\/\u20ac.<\/p>\n
