CB Commercial acted as advisor to Cerved Credit Management S.p.A. in the sale of Green Park in Porto Rotondo (OT) one of the leading tourist resorts in Northeast Sardinia.<\/p>\n\n

The resort, located only 700 m. from the sea and consisting of apartments, swimming pools, and tennis courts, was purchased through a competitive bidding process by a private northern European developer, also assisted by CB Commercial.<\/p>\n\n

The developer, who has also purchased other neighboring areas, will undertake a major redevelopment project that will develop a volume of more than 20,000 cubic meters, thus repositioning the property in the luxury tourist residential market while fully respecting the surrounding environment.<\/p>\n\n
