CB Commercial, after leasing the first 21 apartments in 2 months, starts the second phase of marketing additional units, with the same standards of excellence and the support of the new platform https:\/\/www.onplaceroma.it\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n

On Place Roma, part of the brand On Place PRS fund managed by InvestiRE SGR (Banca Finnat Group) is the asset in via di Santa Costanza in the Trieste district, one of the most eclectic and sophisticated of Rome.<\/p>\n\n

The project, marketed exclusively by CBC, focuses on the services and daily needs of the residents; every detail is in fact carefully designed to meet the needs of the tenants.<\/p>\n\n

Common areas and the apartments have been totally refurbished, finished with quality materials, and furnished with custom-made furniture, with special attention to energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n

Thank to the collaboration with a specialized partner, residents benefit from a high-level concierge service, guaranteed by a permanent garrison in the condominium lobby.
